Remote Phone Support Virtual Assistant (Customer Service)

Compensation: $500 USD/month

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service / Phone Support Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. If you have at least one year of BPO voice experience, excellent English communication skills, and are looking for a long-term work-from-home opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

Minimum Qualifications:

At least 1 year of BPO voice/customer service experience.

Excellent English speaking and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional.

Comfortable handling phone support and administrative tasks.

Committed to long-term employment.

Technical Requirements:

Intel Core i5 13th Generation (or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 5th Generation (or higher).

Minimum of 16 GB RAM.

Stable wired internet connection with at least 100 Mbps Download and 100 Mbps Upload speed.

Dual-monitor setup is required.
