We're a marketing agency growing brands across the USA, Australia and the UK, and we need a talented ads designer who can see a brand's vision and turn it into creative that actually converts.

Your ads go live with real budget behind them. You see the data. You learn what works. That's how you become a designer who can charge thousands, and we'll teach you how to get there.

You need strong Canva fundamentals (Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus), the ability to use AI prompting to your advantage, and an eye for western style ads. Most importantly, you take pride in your work. This is a performance culture, and we're looking for someone who wants to be surrounded by talented people and grow.
