AI Video Editor — E-com Ads | $1200/month + Bonuses | Long-Term

We’re looking for an AI Video Editor who understands what makes a good ad: a strong hook, a clear story, and a reason to take action.

You’ll create vertical 9:16 e-commerce video ads, from 30 seconds to 3 minutes, for Facebook, Instagram, and other paid social channels.

WHAT YOU’LL CREATE
- AI cartoon ads: animated characters and stories that communicate a problem and introduce the product.
- AI podcast ads: interview and conversation-style videos.
- AI UGC ads: natural-looking avatar videos, product demonstrations, and direct-to-camera ads.
- Creative variations: different hooks, openings, pacing, captions, and calls to action.

You’ll work from our briefs, scripts, and references, handling AI generation, voiceovers, editing, subtitles, and sound design. You’ll also have room to suggest concepts and test new approaches.


WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You have experience creating e-commerce video ads and can show examples of your work.

You know how to:
- Capture attention in the first few seconds.
- Keep viewers engaged through pacing, visuals, and storytelling.
- Create consistent AI characters, natural voices, and convincing lip-sync.
- Communicate product benefits clearly.
- Apply feedback and improve your edits.

You should be comfortable with several tools such as Higgsfield, Polaris, Kling, Runway, HeyGen, or ElevenLabs, plus an editing tool such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve. You don’t need to master every tool listed.

PAY & WORKING HOURS
- $1200 USD per month, paid weekly.
- 40 hours per week: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
- A regular work schedule agreed upon before you start.
- Additional bonuses for strong creatives, with criteria explained at the start.
- All required software subscriptions and AI generation credits provided.
- Long-term collaboration, with opportunities to develop your skills and contribute ideas.

The weekly payment covers video production, variations, and revisions completed during your working hours.

GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

- Grow into a Creative Team Manager role, leading other editors with higher pay.

OUR HIRING PROCESS
1. Portfolio review: we review your application and examples.
2. Paid video test — $50 USD: create one 30–60 second AI ad from our brief, including up to two rounds of revisions. Tools and credits are provided. You’ll be paid whether or not you’re hired.
3. Video interview — 20–30 minutes: discuss your work, your process, and the role.
4. Paid trial week — $300 USD: work with our team for 5 days, 8 hours per day.
5. Hiring decision: at the end of the trial week, we’ll confirm whether you’re selected for a long-term contract at $300 per week for 40 hours, plus bonuses and provided tools.
