FULL TIME AI VIDEO SPECIALIST FOR E COMMERCE BRANDS

We are only looking for AI video specialists who can create videos with at least the same level of realism and overall quality as the examples in this folder:

These examples represent the absolute minimum quality standard we expect.

If you cannot consistently produce videos at this level, please do not apply and do not contact us. We are not looking for beginners, basic AI creators, or people who have only recently started experimenting with AI video generation.

We work extensively with Seedance. You must already know how to use Seedance professionally and how to produce realistic, consistent, and commercially usable results with it.

Ideally, the quality of your work should be even better than the examples we have provided.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for an experienced AI Video Specialist to join us in a long term, full time capacity.

You will create professional AI video advertisements for our e commerce brands. These creatives will primarily be used for Meta advertising.

We already know how to produce AI videos ourselves. We are outsourcing this part of our operation because we need to focus our time on other areas of our brands.

This means we are not looking for someone we need to teach from the beginning. We will introduce you to our products, brands, target audiences, creative processes, and internal standards. However, you must already understand professional AI video production.

WHAT YOU WILL CREATE

You will receive scripts, detailed scene descriptions, character requirements, environment descriptions, reference videos, product materials, and clear creative briefs.

Your responsibility will be to transform these materials into realistic, professional, and commercially usable video ads.

The finished videos must include realistic characters, natural facial expressions, accurate lip sync, believable body movements, consistent environments, natural voices, correct product representation, and strong visual continuity.

The same person must remain visually consistent across different scenes. Clothing, facial features, age, hairstyle, hands, microphones, props, lighting, and environments must not randomly change.

The videos must not contain the obvious problems commonly found in low quality AI content. This includes distorted faces, unnatural hands, incorrect lip movements, robotic voices, random body movements, changing characters, inconsistent products, or artificial looking environments.

Some creatives will require a polished appearance. Others will intentionally need to feel like authentic UGC, an amateur recording, a phone video, a spontaneous interview, or a naturally filmed event.

Even when a video is supposed to look amateur, the AI execution must still be professional and convincing.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You must already have significant practical experience creating professional AI videos.

You should be highly experienced with Seedance and other relevant AI video tools. You should understand character consistency, scene continuity, natural motion, realistic voices, lip sync, camera behavior, visual prompting, reference based generation, and professional quality control.

You must be capable of identifying and correcting AI artifacts independently.

You must also be able to study a reference video and accurately recreate its visual style, camera language, pacing, atmosphere, character behavior, and overall structure for a different product.

We expect you to follow detailed instructions carefully, meet agreed deadlines, communicate reliably, implement feedback precisely, and solve production problems independently.

We are not looking for someone who needs constant supervision or basic technical guidance.

LONG TERM COLLABORATION

This is not intended to be a single project.

We are looking for a reliable specialist who wants to work actively with our brands on a full time and long term basis.

We provide clear tasks and structured creative briefs. When necessary, we can discuss projects, feedback, expectations, and production processes together during calls.

Reliability is extremely important to us. If we agree on a schedule, we expect the work to be delivered according to that schedule.

PERFORMANCE BONUS

You will receive your regular agreed compensation for the work you produce.

In addition to this, we offer extra performance based payments for exceptionally successful creatives.

If a video you created performs extremely well as an advertisement and produces strong, measurable results for one of our brands, you will receive an additional bonus for that specific creative.

We want excellent work to be rewarded accordingly.
