We are a UK-based Amazon business looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Amazon Wholesale Product Sourcing Virtual Assistant** based in the Philippines.

Your main responsibility will be researching profitable wholesale products and identifying brands, distributors, and suppliers that could be suitable for our Amazon business.

This is a long-term position for someone who understands Amazon product research or is willing to learn our sourcing criteria and processes.

### What you will do

* Research profitable wholesale products to sell on Amazon
* Analyse Amazon listings and sales data
* Research brands, distributors, wholesalers, and suppliers
* Review supplier price lists and catalogues
* Compare wholesale prices against Amazon selling prices
* Calculate estimated profit and ROI
* Check sales rank and estimated monthly sales
* Analyse competition and number of FBA sellers
* Check whether Amazon itself is selling on the listing
* Identify potential IP, brand, or listing risks
* Look for products with consistent sales history
* Record sourcing opportunities accurately in Google Sheets
* Contact suppliers when required
* Keep clear records of brands and suppliers researched
* Follow our sourcing criteria and SOPs carefully

### Tools you may use

Experience with any of the following is useful:

* Keepa
* SellerAmp SAS
* Amazon Seller Central
* BuyBotPro
* SmartScout
* Google Sheets / Excel
* Google search
* ChatGPT and other AI research tools

You do not need experience with every tool, but **Keepa & SAS knowledge is highly desirable**.

### What makes a good wholesale lead

We will provide our exact buying criteria, but generally we will be looking at factors such as:

* Consistent sales
* Healthy profit margin
* Good return on investment
* Stable pricing
* Reasonable competition
* Suitable number of FBA sellers
* Reliable Buy Box activity
* No obvious price wars
* Products that can potentially be reordered regularly
* Reliable UK suppliers, wholesalers, or distributors

### Working hours
