We are looking for a motivated, confident, and reliable Appointment Setter to join our team.

Your main responsibility will be to contact potential clients, introduce our services, qualify their interest, and arrange appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential clients.
* Introduce our services in a friendly and professional manner.
* Identify and qualify potential leads.
* Schedule appointments for the sales team.
* Accurately record client information and call results.
* Meet daily and weekly appointment targets.
* Follow company scripts, procedures, and calling guidelines.
* Attend training sessions and team meetings.

Requirements

* Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills.
* Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, appointment setting, or customer service is preferred.
* Confident and professional telephone manner.
* Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet, suitable work environment.
* Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
* Willing to learn and follow company scripts and procedures.
* Good time management and attention to detail.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday
5:00 AM – 1:00 PM Philippine Time
Break: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
