Appointment Setter & Social Media Manager

We're a growing residential/commercial painting company based in Leduc, Alberta. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team and help us keep our pipeline full, our leads warm, and our social media active.


What You'll Do

Appointment Setting:
-Call and follow up with inbound leads (website forms, Facebook/Google ads, referrals) to book estimate appointments
-Answer basic questions about our services, pricing ranges, and scheduling
-Log all calls, texts, and outcomes accurately in our CRM

Lead Nurture & Follow-Up:
-Follow a structured follow-up sequence (call, text, email) for leads who haven't booked yet
-Re-engage older/cold leads with check-in messages
-Track lead status and move leads through our pipeline stages

Social Media Management:
-Post before/after project photos and videos on Facebook and Instagram (content provided or gathered from job sites)
-Respond to comments and DMs in a friendly, professional tone
-Help schedule posts using Meta Business Suite
-Occasionally repurpose photos/videos into simple posts or reels

What We're Looking For:
-Excellent spoken and written English
-Confident, friendly phone presence — comfortable making outbound calls
-Experience with appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service (home services industry a plus)
-Organized and comfortable following a CRM workflow, we use Paintscout
-Basic familiarity with Facebook/Instagram business tools
-Reliable internet connection, headset, and a quiet work environment
-Self-motivated — able to work independently and hit call/booking targets

Nice to Have:
-Previous experience in the painting industry
-Experience with Canva or basic photo/video editing
-Experience with cold outreach or sales
