B2B SDR / Appointment Setter (SaaS & Tech) - Project to Monthly

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Appointment Setter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling high-converting demo calls for our SaaS and Tech products.

If you have a proven track record in B2B sales, cold outreach, and objection handling for tech or agency clients, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound outreach and follow-ups via multi-channel approaches (LinkedIn, Email, Cold Calling/Direct Messaging).

- Qualify potential B2B leads based on specific ideal customer profiles (ICP).

- Handle initial sales objections and pitch product value propositions effectively.

- Book qualified demo calls and meetings for the product/sales lead.

- Keep clean activity and lead tracking logs using standard tools/CRMs.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as a B2B SDR, Cold Caller, or Appointment Setter, preferably in SaaS, Tech, or B2B Agency environments.

- Flawless spoken and written English communication skills.

- Strong objection handling, listening, and conversational skills.

- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

- Reliable workstation with high-speed internet, noise-canceling headset, and reliable power backup.
