Backend Operations (Ad Accounts / Community / Supply Chain / Data) — $1M+/Month DTC Experience Only ($800–$4,000/mo)

We are hiring people who have worked at one of the following DTC brands: resilia.shop, Rovina ( ---------- ), Ritual Labs (rituallabs.shop), Rosabella ( ---------- ), Alevia / Auniva ( ---------- / auniva.co), Metabolae ( ---------- ), or ClarityMD (claritymd.co). If you have done one of these jobs for another DTC brand doing $1M+ per month, you may also apply. You must have been working there within the last 2 months — anything older is outdated and does not count.

Apply if you owned ONE of these inside one of those brands:

- Ad account / BM health — keeping the ad accounts, pages and Business Managers ---------- warming, policy, appeals, backups.

- Community & customer happiness — the Facebook groups, reviews, Trustpilot, comments, keeping customers happy and loud.

- Supply chain / inventory — 3PL, purchase orders, COGS, shipping rates, stock forecasting.

- Data & attribution — Triple Whale / Northbeam, cohort LTV, the daily numbers the owners ran the business on.
