Chargeback & Refund Reduction Manager — $1M+/Month DTC Experience Only ($800–$4,000/mo)

We are hiring people who have worked at one of the following DTC brands: resilia.shop, Rovina ( ---------- ), Ritual Labs (rituallabs.shop), Rosabella ( ---------- ), Alevia / Auniva ( ---------- / auniva.co), Metabolae ( ---------- ), or ClarityMD (claritymd.co). If you have done this for another DTC brand doing $1M+ per month, you may also apply. You must have been working there within the last 2 months — anything older is outdated and does not count.

This is not a customer support role. We are looking for the person who owned two numbers inside one of these brands — the chargeback rate and the refund rate — watched them daily, and was responsible for bringing them down: the policies, the flows, the systems and the team that made it happen. You managed people, not tickets.
