Client Services & Operations Specialist - U.S. Legal Funding Company

Liberty One Legal Funding is a growing U.S.-based legal funding company that provides pre-settlement funding to plaintiffs involved in personal injury cases.

We are looking for a professional, dependable, and highly organized Client Services & Operations Specialist to join our team. This position combines client communication with backend operations and case support.

Responsibilities

* Communicate with claimants by phone, text, and email
* Speak with attorneys, paralegals, and law firm staff regarding cases
* Follow up with clients and law firms for case updates and outstanding documents
* Assist with processing new funding applications
* Review documents and ensure files are complete and accurate
* Enter and maintain information in our case management system
* Maintain detailed notes of client and attorney communications
* Prepare and send routine emails, documents, and follow-ups
* Assist with day-to-day backend operations
* Provide excellent service to clients and our law firm partners

Qualifications

* Excellent spoken and written English
* Excellent phone communication skills
* Professional and confident when speaking with clients and attorneys
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
* Comfortable learning new software and processes
* Able to work independently and follow established procedures
* Previous experience with a U.S. law firm, personal injury company, legal funding company, or similar client-services environment is a plus
