Co-Host Virtual Assistant – Airbnb, Expedia, Padsplit, and Booking.com Listings Management (Remote, Full-Time)- EST Only

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to manage our rental listings on Airbnb, Expedia, Padsplit, and ----------

Work Hours: Monday to Saturday- 8 pm to 4 am Phillipine Time. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT WORK THESE HOURS. The hours are 8am to 4pm EST.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills and independent decision-making. You will be expected to think and act, not just follow instructions. Be sure that you can do this before applying. Do not waste your time.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to guest inquiries promptly and accurately
Manage bookings, extensions, and cancellations
Evaluate and screen tenants before booking
Resolve guest issues independently
Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams

Requirements:

Strong problem-solving skills (very important)

Experience with Airbnb, Expedia, or ---------- (preferred)

Strong written English communication

Organized and responsive to guests

Able to make decisions without supervision

Training & Compensation Structure

The first week is a structured training period followed by on-the-job training.

Candidates are expected to apply the training during the first month of work

The first month serves as a probationary period

Compensation for the first month is processed upon successful completion of the full month, based on performance, adherence to training, and reliability

Starting Pay is $700 with opportunities for increament and bonus pay
