About Us
We are an 8–9 figure direct-to-consumer brand in the pain relief space. We are a brand company, not an agency — we produce content for our own products, at volume, and we see the results in real numbers.

About This Role
We are looking for a Content Creation Officer who already uses AI tools to produce content and — just as importantly — already has the judgment to tell good AI output from bad. You will be generating a high volume of content for our brand and holding the quality line on what actually ships.

You do not need a video editing background. What you need is proven hands-on experience with AI content generation tools and a trained eye for output quality.

What You'll Do
- Generate content at volume using AI tools — video, image, script, and copy generation, depending on the campaign.
- Review AI output critically and reject what doesn't meet standard: off-brand tone, uncanny visuals, awkward pacing, generic scripting, hallucinated claims.
- Iterate on prompts and workflows to consistently get usable output instead of one-off lucky results.
- Keep an organized library of generated assets, prompts, and templates the team can reuse.
- Coordinate with other content creators and contributors as the content team scales, keeping quality consistent across everyone's output.
- Flag what's working and what isn't so we can double down faster.

Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Demonstrated experience generating content using AI tools. You must be able to show real work you have produced.
- Proven ability to evaluate AI content quality — you can look at two AI outputs and clearly articulate why one is usable and the other is not.
- Comfortable working with volume and fast turnaround without letting standards slip.
- Strong written English and a good instinct for brand voice.

Nice to Have
- Strong people skills. You'll be coordinating with other content creators as our teams grow, so the ability to give clear feedback and work well with contributors is a real advantage.
- Familiarity with DTC or direct-response content — hooks, angles, UGC-style formats.
- Awareness of compliance sensitivity around health and pain relief claims.
