I’m a U.S. based real estate agent and podcast host that specializes in helping estate and trust administrators looking for a talented, long-term Content & Podcast Manager to take ownership of my content after it is recorded.

I currently record approximately 30 professionally filmed short-form videos every two weeks, plus a weekly 1-hour podcast.

I do NOT need someone to just use Capcut and put subtitles to my shorts and schedule posts for me. I need someone who can take the content I create and turn it into high-value, high-quality, high-volume, consistent content output.

What You'll Own

Short-Form Content

* Lightly edit and tighten short-form videos
* Put an attention grabbing hook within 2-3 seconds
* Remove dead space and improve pacing
* Add professional captions/subtitles
* Add appropriate background music
* Add hook/title text when appropriate
* Select or create strong thumbnails/covers
* Write compelling titles and descriptions
* Write platform-specific social media copy
* Schedule and publish content consistently

Content will be distributed across:

* Instagram
* Facebook
* YouTube
* TikTok
* LinkedIn
* X
* Pinterest
* Threads

Podcast

I also host a weekly podcast focused on estate and trust administration.

You will help manage the post-production side of the podcast, including:

* Editing/polishing the full episode
* Creating thumbnails
* Writing episode titles and descriptions
* Creating show notes/chapters
* Publishing the episode to YouTube and podcast platforms
* Identifying strong moments from each episode
* Editing those moments into additional short-form videos
* Repurposing podcast content for social media

Content Repurposing

I want to get as much value as possible from everything I record.

Using the videos, podcasts, and transcripts I provide, you should be able to help create:

* Social media posts
* X and Threads posts
* LinkedIn posts
* Facebook posts
* Carousels
* Pinterest content
* Other useful derivatives from the original content

AI tools can and should be used to make this process more efficient.

Who I'm Looking For

You should have:

* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong short-form video editing skills
* Great creative judgment and attention to detail
* Experience with social media content
* Experience with YouTube and/or podcast management
* Strong organizational skills
* The ability to work independently
* Good judgment with hooks, titles, thumbnails and pacing
* Comfort using AI tools to improve speed and output

I care much more about quality, taste, reliability and full ownership of outcomes than simply finding the cheapest editor.

My goal is to eventually be able to record my content, upload the files, and trust you to handle all of the output from there.
