Creative Virtual Assistant (Research & Editing)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Creative Researcher and Editor VA who will work closely with our marketing and creative team to support our creative workflows, ads making and various marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include:
• Finding winning ads, content and footage on Meta Ad Library, TikTok and on other platforms
• Downloading HD ad creatives and organizing them in Google Drive using strict file-naming protocols (Product_Angle_Name)
• Market, competitor, creative, product and supplier research
• Photo and video editing
• Influencer outreach
• Basic administrative and general VA tasks

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in both photo and video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop)
• A suitable computer capable of handling heavy browser sessions (scrolling thousands of ads) and video editing without lag
• Availability to work 40 hours per week aligned with Hungarian time zone (CET/CEST) to ensure smooth collaboration with our team
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent time management skills, TimeDoctor is required
• Strong attention to detail, able to multitask, and work effectively under pressure
• Problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment

A plus, but not mandatory:
• Previous research experience is a huge plus (market, competitor, product, supplier, creative, creative asset research)
• A passion or interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, direct response creatives, video and photo editing
• Previous experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Amazon ads or Shopify is a plus
