Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Creator Sourcing & Coordination to join the Creator Team at Adcrate.
This role is focused on **creator sourcing and coordination at scale** - managing creator requests, ensuring strong communication, and keeping everything moving across multiple brands. You’ll work closely with Leona (Head of Creator Team), acting as a reliable, experienced operator who can take ownership of day-to-day coordination and reduce the need for constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Creator Coordination:
- Manage creator requests across multiple briefs
- Handle outreach and follow-ups with creators
- Keep timelines on track and ensure consistent progress

Creator Sourcing:
- Source creators aligned to briefs and brand needs
- Support more complex or high-priority requests
- Sense-check creator selections before they are shared

Ownership & Communication:
- Take ownership of tasks end-to-end without needing to be chased
- Communicate clearly with creators and internal teams
- Raise any delays or issues early

Team Support:
- Work closely with the Creator Team on day-to-day execution
- Support junior tea ---------- mbers in improving their:
- Proactivity
- Communication
- Ownership

Tools You’ll Use:

- Air (or similar creator sourcing platforms)
- Google Workspace

What Success Looks Like:
- Creator requests are consistently delivered on time with no gaps or delays
- Minimal need for follow-ups or chasing
- Clear, accurate communication with creators across all briefs
- Strong creator matches aligned to briefs and brand needs
- Proactive handling of requests (nothing stalls or gets dropped)
- Consistent, reliable delivery across multiple briefs without oversight
- Head of Creator Team is no longer pulled into day-to-day coordination or fixing issues

Who You Are:
- 2-3 years experience in creator sourcing, influencer marketing, or UGC coordination
- Experience working across multiple brands or campaigns at once
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple moving parts without dropping things
- Proactive and reliable - you don’t need to be chased
- Clear and confident communicator, especially when working with creators
- Strong prioritisation skills - you know what needs attention first
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Agency experience is a plus
