Customer Service Virtual Assistant (High-ticket Dropshipping)

We are a fast growing US online store selling premium-to-luxury bathroom fixtures ($1,000 to $10,000+). Our customers rely on our deep product knowledge, personalized care, and building trust with customers making major home investments.

This is not a high-volume call center script job. It is highly technical role that requires you to understand product features over multiple SKUs. You will give each customer real attention, serve as a trusted advisor, and learn the inner workings of a high ticket ecommerce brand.

We are looking for someone dependable, proactive and commited to delivering excellent customer service and succeeding together with the company over the long-term.

Requirements:
+ At least 2 years of ecommerce customer service experience, ideally a Shopify store(s).
+ Fluent English speaker with excellent phone presence and clear, warm communication with US customers including over email and chat.
+ Comfortable understanding and communication technical products/details requiring an understanding of technical specification sheets and installation manuals.
+ Fast internet connection, quiet workspace for customer calls and full-time availability for US Eastern hours (Mon to Fri, 10am to 6pm ET).
