Digital Marketing Fulfillment Manager / Google Business Profile Specialist

We are a U.S.-based digital marketing agency specializing primarily in home-service businesses, including HVAC, plumbing and roofing companies.

We are looking for a full-time Fulfillment Manager who will take ownership of making sure the work we provide for our clients actually gets done, gets done on time, and gets done correctly.

This is not simply a VA position. We need someone who can manage people, follow processes, catch problems, and take ownership of client fulfillment.

Your Responsibilities
Manage client projects and recurring deliverables
Coordinate work between our internal team, independent contractors and subcontractors
Make sure deadlines are met and follow up when work is late
Review completed work rather than simply marking tasks complete
Maintain a clear picture of what has and hasn't been completed for every client
Identify problems and bring important issues to management's attention
Manage and/or oversee Google Business Profile optimization
Monitor local/map rankings and identify GBP opportunities
Understand the basics of SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads well enough to oversee specialists performing the work
Help us improve and document our fulfillment processes
Google Business Profile Experience Is Important

GBP optimization is one of our most important services.

You should understand topics such as:

Primary and secondary categories
Services and products
GBP landing-page relevance
Local ranking factors
Competitor analysis
Reviews
Posts and photos
Local rank tracking/grid scans
On-page/local SEO supporting GBP rankings

Experience with the Caleb Ulku approach/methodology to Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO is a major plus.

What We're Looking For

You are organized, proactive and comfortable holding other people accountable.

You don't wait for someone to tell you that a deadline was missed. You notice it yourself and take action.

You do not need to personally be an expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads, technical SEO and every other service we provide. Specialists will perform much of that work.

Your job is to own fulfillment, with particularly strong knowledge of Google Business Profile optimization.

Experience with GHL and ClickUp or another project-management platform is helpful.
