**Employment:** Full-time, remote
**Salary:** $800–$1,000 USD/month, depending on experience
**Working hours:** 40 hours per week — 8 hours per day, Monday–Friday

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are a digital-products business looking for a creative, reliable person to develop original printable products across different niches.

Our products may include educational worksheets, children’s activities, planners, journals, workbooks, trackers, and themed bundles.

We will provide competitor references, example products, and the direction for each project. Your role is to understand the customer’s needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and create a complete product with useful content, thoughtful design, and clear organization.

We are looking for someone who can **create both the written content and the design**, taking a product from an initial brief to finished files ready to sell.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

• Review the competitor products and references we provide, including available customer feedback.

• Suggest meaningful improvements, such as clearer instructions, more useful exercises, better organization, additional activities, or easier printing.

• Prepare a product outline and sample pages for approval before developing the complete product.

• Write original content, including instructions, journal prompts, exercises, worksheets, activities, and supporting explanations.

• Design attractive, consistent pages suited to the product’s audience and purpose.

• Create product covers, preview images, and mockups for our online store.

• Check spelling, factual accuracy, page order, formatting, margins, and usability. Include answer keys where needed.

• Deliver finished PDFs, editable source files, and organized design assets.

• Apply feedback, improve existing products, and develop related collections and bundles.

**EXAMPLES OF PRODUCTS YOU MAY CREATE**

• Children’s worksheets, flashcards, learning activities, and activity books.
• Parent and teacher resources.
• Guided journals and reflection workbooks.
• Daily planners, goal-setting worksheets, and habit trackers.
• Home organization and productivity printables.
• Themed printable packs and larger product bundles.

The niche and product type will vary between projects. You should enjoy learning about different audiences and adapting your work to their needs.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE NEED**

• Previous experience creating complete printable or digital products.
• Strong design skills in Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, or similar software.
• Strong written English, content development, and proofreading skills.
• A good eye for typography, page layout, visual consistency, and readability.
• Ability to research unfamiliar subjects, verify information, and flag specialist topics that need expert review.
• Ability to work independently from an approved brief and meet agreed deadlines.
• Clear communication and good file organization.

Experience creating products for Etsy, Teachers Pay Teachers, or other digital-product stores is a plus.

**USING AI AND COMPETITOR REFERENCES**

You may use AI tools to support brainstorming, drafting, and production. You are responsible for checking and refining the results so the finished product is accurate, useful, and professionally designed.

Competitor references help us understand customer needs and find opportunities to improve. All finished writing and designs must be original, with fonts, illustrations, and other assets suitable for commercial use.

**WORKING WITH US**

We provide product direction, references, priorities, and feedback. You develop the proposed structure, content, and design.

We agree on deadlines based on each product’s length, research needs, and design complexity.

We are looking for a long-term team member. Our brand name and store details will be shared with the selected hire.

**PAID TRIAL**

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a small paid trial consisting of a product outline and a few sample pages from a supplied brief.

The scope, deadline, and payment will be agreed before the trial begins.
