Editor and Account manager

I am a U.S. citizen looking to begin consistently posting content in China. I already have a specific style for my videos, which I will teach you, so you must be able to follow references closely and recreate the same editing style.

You must be fluent in Chinese—speaking, reading, and writing—and be very comfortable using CapCut/Jianying. The main platforms will be RedNote (Xiaohongshu), Douyin, Bilibili, and potentially other Chinese social media platforms.

You will help me:

Edit videos in the style I provide
Translate/adapt captions and video text naturally into Chinese
Create and manage social media accounts that I also have full access to
Upload and post content consistently
Write titles, captions, hashtags, and replies that sound natural to Chinese users
Help identify trends, sounds, formats, and content ideas that could perform well in China
Monitor comments and engagement and let me know what viewers are responding to
Help adjust the content strategy over time based on performance

I am not looking for someone to completely change my content. I want someone who can take the style and personality I already have and adapt it properly for a Chinese audience.

Experience with Chinese social media and content creation is strongly preferred.
