We're into a 5-year vision. We're scaling aggressively in the English-speaking market, and we need editors who grow with us, not editors who disappear when a bigger project comes along, and not a company that goes quiet after 3 months because the brand didn't work out.

- THE ROLE:

Position: Direct Response VSL Video Editor (Health/Pain Relief Specialist)
Commitment: Full-time, long-term (this is not a freelance gig)
Compensation: $1,000-$1,250 monthly + performance bonuses
Location: 100% remote
Hours: 40h/week
Market: English-speaking

- WHAT LONG-TERM ACTUALLY MEANS HERE:

- Year-over-year salary increases of 10–20% for strong performers
- Performance bonuses tied directly to VSL and ad conversion rates
- Creative ownership, you won't be executing someone else's vision blindly. You'll understand the strategy, the avatar, the psychology behind every piece of content
- A real team, you'll work closely with the founder and marketing lead, not get lost in a ticket queue

- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Non-negotiable:

- 2+ years editing Direct Response VSLs ads (health/women's wellness a strong plus)
- Proven retention, you understand why a cut happens at second 4, not just how to make it
- Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
- Experience with AI video tools (HeyGen, Veo, etc.)

Strong preference:

- You've edited ads that actually ran and converted
- You understand Facebook/Instagram ad formats and platform behavior
- You've worked with health or wellness brands and know the compliance landscape

You care about the work beyond the deliverable. You watch your edited videos after they go live and wonder how to make the next one better. You understand that a 3-second hook isn't decoration, it's the difference between a winning creative and a dead one.
