About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and etc. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment, understands creative testing at scale, and can turn data insights into profitable growth.

Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns for conversions and ROAS
Conduct ongoing A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Analyze campaign data to identify trends and actionable insights
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy
Implement advanced targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies
Maintain accurate tracking and pixel/event setups for proper attribution
Manage campaign budgets and pacing to achieve profitability targets
Stay updated on Meta Ads platform changes, policies, and best practices

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Meta Ads campaign management experience (eCommerce focus)
Proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns with significant ad spend
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, attribution models, and conversion tracking
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in beauty, skincare, or health supplement niches
Knowledge of creative strategy frameworks for direct-response advertising
Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and funnel optimization
