Job Title: Finance Assistant
Type: Full-time, Remote
Salary:$1,500–$2,000 USD/month (depending on location & experience)
Reports to:Ali (CEO)

Adcrate is a fast-growing AI-driven performance marketing agency helping eCommerce and digital product brands scale through data-backed creative and paid media. We’re young, dynamic, and moving fast and now we’re looking for a finance expert to bring more clarity and control to our numbers
The Role:
This is not a bookkeeping role.
You’ll own monthly financial reporting, cashflow visibility, profitability analysis, and invoicing, giving the leadership team clear insight into how the business is performing.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and external accountants, making sure numbers are clean, accurate, and useful - without overcomplicating things.
What You’ll Own:
- Monthly P&L and cashflow reporting (delivered within 5 days of month-end)
- Profitability tracking by client, project, and business unit
- Margin analysis with clear recommendations
- Invoicing and proactive collections (chasing overdue payments)
- Coordination with external accountants (UK + US compliance)
- Building and maintaining financial dashboards (Sheets / Notion)
- Supporting hiring, spend, and investment decisions with data
- Maintaining clean financial documentation and processes
You Should Have:
- Experience in agency, SaaS, or service-based businesses
- Strong working knowledge of Xero or QuickBooks and Google Sheets (must)
- Advanced Google Sheets skills (non-negotiable)
- Confidence working with UK & US entities
- Ability to explain numbers clearly to non-finance people
- Proactive mindset - you flag issues early, not after the fact
- Comfortable working async with leadership
- Fluent English and EU time zone working hours
Nice to Have:
- FP&A or commercial finance background
- Experience building dashboards or financial systems in Notion
- Exposure to fast-scaling remote teams
