Finance & P&L Manager — $1M+/Month DTC Experience Only ($800–$4,000/mo)

We are hiring finance managers who have worked at one of the following DTC brands: resilia.shop, Rovina ( ---------- ), Ritual Labs (rituallabs.shop), Rosabella ( ---------- ), Alevia / Auniva ( ---------- / auniva.co), Metabolae ( ---------- ), or ClarityMD (claritymd.co). If you have run the numbers for another DTC brand doing $1M+ per month, you may also apply. You must have been working there within the last 2 months — anything older is outdated and does not count.

If you do not have this exact experience, do not apply. Do not "give it a chance." It is a waste of your time and ours. We will get on a call only with people who owned the economics inside one of these brands: daily and monthly P&L, ad spend vs revenue, COGS and shipping, subscription and rebill revenue, chargebacks and refunds, cash flow and payment processor reporting — the real numbers, not bookkeeping.
