Floor Plan Quality Reviewer (Remote, Full Time)

About the role
Roomio customers scan a property with their phone and receive a finished floor plan drawn by our design team. You will be the final check on every floor plan before it goes to the customer. You compare each plan against the order, the scan and the customer’s template, then approve it, fix small issues yourself, or send it back to the design team with a clear reason.
This is a detail focused, checklist driven role at a steady pace. You need to spot a wrong label, a missing element or a measurement that does not add up, quickly and consistently, all shift long.

What you will do
- Review every floor plan before release: template followed, property title and address correct, room labels correct, metric or imperial as the customer requested, site plan included when required, measurements consistent, floor count and orientation match the scan, legend and file format correct.
- Approve plans that pass. Fix small issues yourself in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop (labels, address, title, legend, units). - Send plans with layout, measurement or template faults back to the design team with a reason code.
- Prioritise the queue so that express orders and orders close to their deadline are checked first.
- Open the 3D scan when something looks wrong and confirm whether the fault is in the drawing or the scan.
- Log every defect you find by category so we can see what is recurring.
- Join a short weekly review with the Product Manager on recurring issues and suggest fixes.
- Flag repeat problems that our automated checks should catch in future.

What you will not do
- Customer support or customer contact. Our customer service team handles that.
- Chasing late orders. That is handled elsewhere.

Requirements
- Experience drafting or checking real estate floor plans. You can read a floor plan the way a drafter does.
- Competent in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, editing vector floor plan files quickly and accurately.
- Comfortable working through a high volume of plans against a fixed checklist without losing accuracy.
- Able to read a 3D scan or virtual tour well enough to check layout and measurements against the plan.
- Clear written English. Your reject notes must be short and specific.
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace for the full shift, every shift.
- Available Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00am to 2:00pm Melbourne time.

Nice to have
- Experience in a QA, inspection or production role with deadlines.
- Familiarity with LiDAR scanning apps
- Comfortable using admin web portals and dashboards.
- Experience giving structured feedback to a design or drafting team.

Tools you will use
Roomio order portal, supplier portal, scan viewer, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Slack, Notion.

Reporting
You report to the Product Manager and receive technical training from our CTO.
