We're an 8-figure brand in the health & wellness niche.

Biggest bottleneck: Creative volume + High Intent

We're looking for someone who can consistently produce 12 high-conviction static concepts/week using automated AI-powered workflows.

What we mean by "concept"

A concept = a genuinely different creative hypothesis — different mechanism, avatar, emotion, belief, visual format, etc.

1 concept = 3–5 genuinely differentiated static executions with different designs/formats built around the same underlying strategic hypothesis.

We are NOT looking for 12 headline swaps.

❌ You've had less than $100,000 USD in ad spend tested behind the statics you've created collectively.

What you'll do

- Produce 12 static concepts/week, with 3–5 executions per concept
- Turn research-backed angles into high-performing Meta statics
- Create meaningful creative variations across avatars, mechanisms, emotions, beliefs, and hooks
- Use AI tools to dramatically increase production speed
- Analyze winning creatives and feed learnings back into future concepts
- Work directly with our creative strategy team — not from generic briefs

Must already be strong at

- Meta direct-response static ads
- Copywriting / messaging for paid ads
- Photoshop / Figma
- AI image generation (Flux, Midjourney, Ideogram, GPT Image, etc.)
- Prompting with Claude Code or Codex
- Understanding angles and creative hypotheses
- Fast iteration and high-volume testing

- Organized files and repeatable systems
- Coachable under direct, no-fluff feedback
