Job Description
Be the technical engine behind a growing sales and marketing agency. Legacy Sales Engineering is hiring an experienced GoHighLevel Systems Specialist to own our GHL platform end to end: building custom workflows, deploying AI agents, setting up sub-accounts, and running the agency administration that keeps every client system humming.
This is a full-time, long-term seat for someone who already knows GoHighLevel deeply and wants a stable home to put that skill to work.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Build and maintain custom automation workflows with clean conditional logic: if/then branches, wait steps, goal events, and trigger logic that holds up under real volume.
Deploy and configure GHL AI agents: Conversation AI for multi-channel chat, Voice AI for calls, and Workflow AI actions inside automations. Set personas, knowledge bases, objectives, and escalation rules.
Set up and manage sub-accounts and reusable snapshots so new clients can be launched quickly and consistently.
Handle full agency administration: user and permission management, calendars, pipelines, forms and surveys, funnels, email and SMS setup, reputation and review automation, and integrations.
Connect third-party tools through Make, Zapier, webhooks, and APIs when a native integration does not exist.
Document your builds with clear Loom walkthroughs so any system can be understood and handed off cleanly.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
Proven, hands-on GoHighLevel experience in live agency or multi-client environments. This is not an entry-level role and we will test for it.
A real command of the workflow builder, sub-account and snapshot architecture, and the current GHL AI stack.
Experience with integrations: Make or Zapier, webhooks, and basic API concepts.
The ability to translate a business process into a reliable automation without a step-by-step spec.
Strong written and spoken English, since you will document systems and communicate with our team directly.
A GoHighLevel certification is a strong plus. Real proven builds matter more, and you will show them.
THE SCHEDULE AND SETUP
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week salaried position, Monday through Friday, working US Eastern time hours. You will need a reliable computer, strong high-speed internet, and reliable power.
COMPENSATION
Salaried at 200 US dollars per week for full-time, 40 hours per week. Paid weekly. This is a stable, long-term role with room to grow as the agency grows.
HOW WE HIRE
After a short screening chat, every serious candidate completes a paid hands-on skills test: you will build a real workflow and an AI agent in a GHL sub-account and walk us through it on a Loom. It takes about two hours and it is the fastest way for a real specialist to stand out from the crowd.
