Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK Time (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Philippines Time)
Salary: Starting at $800 USD/month, with a review call in 3 months time to discuss career and salary progression

About Us

We're a fast-growing Dubai-based marketing agency helping service-based businesses across the UK generate more leads and grow through Facebook advertising.

We currently work with around 35 active clients across the UK — primarily in roofing and landscaping — and we're growing every week. We're a small, close-knit team of 8, and we care as much about how someone works as what they've already achieved. If you're someone who takes ownership, asks good questions, and genuinely wants to get better at this craft, you'll fit in well here.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow within a company, take real ownership of client systems, and develop deep expertise in GoHighLevel and marketing automation.

The Role

We're looking for a GoHighLevel Tech Specialist who can build and maintain landing pages, forms, funnels, and automations across multiple UK client accounts at once. You'll be following our established SOPs closely, but we also want someone who can think on their feet — spotting issues, troubleshooting problems independently, and suggesting small improvements as you go, rather than needing to be told exactly what to do at every step.

This isn't a role for someone designing entirely new systems or strategy from scratch — but we do want someone sharp enough to notice when something isn't working and figure out why, not just execute blindly.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain landing pages, forms, and funnels in GoHighLevel
Set up and manage automations and workflows within GHL
Connect and troubleshoot Zapier integrations between GHL, Meta, and other tools
Follow and adapt existing SOPs to build reliable campaign infrastructure across multiple client accounts
Test funnels and automations, and troubleshoot issues before they impact clients
Spot inefficiencies or errors and either fix them or flag them with clear recommendations
Work closely with the team to continuously improve how we build and deliver client systems

Requirements
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (funnels, forms, automations, workflows) (required)
Experience with Zapier — building and troubleshooting zaps (required)
Comfortable building and editing landing pages
Strong problem-solving skills — able to diagnose an issue and resolve it, not just follow steps
Strong attention to detail and consistency across multiple accounts
Good communication skills and comfort working as part of a small team
Reliable internet connection and ability to work UK daytime hours
We're hiring for a mix of technical competence, initiative, and character
