Graphic Designer + E-commerce VA (Etsy Focus) | Canva-Kittl + AnywherePOD | Task-Oriented Daily Output

I run multiple ecommerce brands (Etsy first, with potential support for Shopify, eBay, and Amazon later). I’m looking for a reliable graphic designer who is highly task-oriented and can help me create, upload, and organise products using AnywherePOD (plus Canva and or Kittl).

This is not a “creative when inspired” role. I need someone who can follow a clear workflow, hit daily targets, communicate well, and move fast without sacrificing quality.

What You’ll Be Doing (Core Tasks)

* Create print-ready POD designs (Canva and or Kittl; occasionally AI-assisted assets if needed)
* Prepare files correctly for POD (PNG 300 DPI transparent background correct sizing)
* Upload products and connect designs via AnywherePOD
* Build variations (colours sizes sayings personalisation options) based on my templates
* Organise designs product files and naming conventions so nothing gets lost
* Update and improve Etsy listing assets (mockups thumbnails simple edits)
* Follow my SOPs and checklists for consistent output

Platforms You May Support Later (Optional)

* Shopify product setup using MyDesigns
* eBay listings using Automation tools eg. InkFrog
* Amazon listing support (not required at the start) / HelloCustom or similar...

Tools You Must Be Comfortable With

* AnywherePOD (must-have)
* Canva (must-have)
* Kittl (nice to have)
* Google Drive or Dropbox for file sharing
* Basic spreadsheet tracking (Google Sheets)
* Bonus: MyDesigns Etsy workflow experience

What “Good” Looks Like in This Role

* You can follow instructions exactly and ask smart questions once (then execute)
* You deliver daily output and update progress clearly
* You have strong design taste but also respect brand rules and templates
* You can work fast, stay organised, and keep quality consistent
* You understand Etsy visuals (clean typography readable at thumbnail size)

Requirements

* Portfolio showing POD designs (typography-based, minimalist, retro, cute, medical, etc.)
* Experience with POD file prep (correct dimensions print safe areas)
* Strong English comprehension (you don’t need perfect grammar, but must understand tasks clearly)
* Detail-oriented: no missing steps, wrong file sizes, or messy naming
* Stable internet and availability for regular work

Trial Task

Shortlisted candidates will complete 1 test task:

* Create 1 design based on a prompt and style guide
* Export print-ready file
* Mockup or thumbnail (simple clean)
* Upload via AnywherePOD if you already have experience

Hours and Pay

* Part-time to start (example 25 to 30 hours per week)
* Potential to grow to ongoing long-term role
