Position Overview
Are you a creative powerhouse who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for an offshore Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Innovation Team.

In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer to execute and deliver dynamic, campaign-led creative assets for the QSR/FSR (Quick Service / Fast Casual Restaurant) industry—on time, on brand, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Assist in responding to creative briefs, pitching ideas, and creating award-winning QSR campaigns.

Creative Asset Delivery: Produce high-quality creative work for various marketing channels on time and within budget.

Workflow & Asset Management: Maintain accurate file management, ensuring all assets are saved in designated drives and logged in central workflow systems.

Presentations: Assist in designing impactful presentation decks for conferences, state meetings, and pitches.

Team Collaboration: Contribute to planning, workload sharing, and team resourcing to help the department run smoothly.

Key Selection Criteria

Essential Requirements
Experience: 2+ years as an in-house designer or in a similar corporate/agency role.

Technical Skills: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Dreamweaver) and Microsoft Office.

Visual Storytelling: Excellent presentation design skills using Keynote and Google Slides.

Copywriting: Ability to distil complex ideas into clear, compelling narrative decks and briefs.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a professional demeanour.

Portfolio: A recently updated portfolio showcasing relevant branding, campaign, and digital design work.

Work Ethic: Strong eye for detail, commitment to accuracy, and a positive "can-do" attitude with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Desirable Skills (A Plus!)
3+ years of experience in retail, QSR, or experience design.

Strong keen design sensibility with experience collaborating on creative direction.

Skill in researching consumer and industry trends to inform design choices.

Crucial Working Requirements
Fantastic English communication skills.

Prior experience working with international brands.

Ability to work Australian business hours from your home setup.
