"Graphic Designer – Static Ads for a Home Improvement Brand (Lead Gen) "

We're a marketing agency looking for a graphic designer who lives and breathes static ad creative for performance brands. This seat is dedicated to one US home-improvement client (patios, driveways, outdoor living) whose ads book free design consultations.

What you'll do:

Design static ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Produce high volume creative batches: image ads, offer and promo graphics (free consultation, seasonal rebates, financing), before/afters, testimonial and review cards, project-photo layouts, educational hooks, comparison charts
Build variations of winning ads for testing (new hooks, headlines, colors, crops, formats)
Resize and adapt each concept into 4:5, 9:16 and other required ad sizes
Do basic photo retouching, background removal and compositing
Work inside one client's brand guidelines and keep files organized. Occasional overflow for other accounts.
Collaborate with media buyers and copywriters, and iterate based on ad performance data
The volume, so nobody is surprised later: about 50 statics a week, roughly 10 on a normal day, shaped as 2 concepts x 5 variants. That works because variants come off a proven concept and because you will have templates and organized brand assets, not because you are inventing 50 original ideas from nothing. But it is a production-heavy role. If you need a week per concept, this is not your job, and there is nothing wrong with that.

What we're looking for:

3+ years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio that clearly shows static ad work for performance brands, DTC or lead gen (please include a link)
Fluent in Photoshop and Figma, comfortable in Canva, basic Illustrator for vectorizing. Canva alone is not enough.
Solid typography, layout, hierarchy and color skills; you know how to make an ad readable on a small phone screen
Understanding of direct response principles: hooks, benefits, social proof, clear CTAs
Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality; comfortable producing many concepts per week
Excellent written English and clear, proactive communication
Reliable internet and your own computer
You can be online 8am to 12pm Eastern every working day. That block is fixed, because it is when the buyers are working. The rest of your hours are yours to arrange. If you are in the Philippines that core lands roughly 8pm to midnight your time, so go in with your eyes open.
You are comfortable with AI image tools and honest about using them. They are allowed here. Hiding them is not.
Nice to have:

Hands-on with AI image tools such as Nano Banana Pro or GPT image generation
Experience with simple motion/GIF versions of static ads
Experience designing landing page sections or email graphics
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager creative specs
