Job Description
We are a small residential plumbing company in South Florida looking for one remote customer service representative to be the voice of our business.
This is a phone job first. Booking calls is what we are hiring for. Everything else supports it.
If you have worked the phones for an HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or restoration company in the US, you already know this job. Emergency calls, upset homeowners, technicians who need to be routed, and a schedule that changes three times a day.
THE WORK
Answer every inbound call and book the appointment
Route two technicians by location and job type throughout the day
Follow up on unpaid invoices and coordinate with warranty companies
Handle email, ordering, permits, and certificates of insurance
Close out each day so nothing is left unbilled or unpaid
Later: outbound calls to past customers, follow-up calls after jobs, and weekly reporting
WHAT WE NEED
Excellent spoken English is non-negotiable. You are talking to American homeowners all day and they need to understand you immediately and feel taken care of.
We also need:
US home services experience (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, restoration)
Experience in Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber, or similar
Someone who solves problems without waiting to be told
Full-time availability on US Eastern hours
Full-time, 40 hours per week. $1,000 to $2,000 per month depending on experience. 90-day probation, then paid time off and performance increases. This is a long-term position.
