Lead Accountant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Licensed CPA to join our enterprise company as a full-time bookkeeper/accountant. This is an exclusive role for someone with strong bookkeeping experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage financial records accurately and professionally.

Requirements:

• Must be a Licensed CPA
• Will be engaging as lead accountant for accounting engagements. Must have experience leading engagements and feel comfortable consulting with U.S. customers.
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
• Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and journal entries
• Experience with A/P, A/R, time entry, payroll, and account reconciliations
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to present, explain, and analyze financial reports
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Willing to install and use Time Doctor

Work Details:

• Full-time, exclusive role; no other jobs or side work
• 40 hours per week
• Must overlap at least 6 hours daily with PST business hours, 9 AM to 5 PM
• More overlap hours are preferred
