Full-Time Virtual Assistant — Lead Gen, LinkedIn & Design

TALENTD is a boutique recruitment agency based in Sydney, specialising in digital marketing, eCommerce and performance marketing roles across Australia. We're growing and looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to join us — someone reliable, sharp, and comfortable juggling a few different types of work across a normal week.

This isn't a narrow, one-task role. You'll be the engine room behind our outreach and admin, working closely with the director on lead generation, LinkedIn communication, design, and keeping our database in shape.

What you'll be doing
Lead generation & database management — sourcing and adding contacts into campaigns, keeping our CRM clean and up to date
LinkedIn messaging & follow-ups — sending outreach messages and managing follow-up sequences on behalf of the director, in a natural, on-brand tone
Canva design — putting together graphics, social tiles and simple marketing collateral
General admin support — ad hoc tasks to keep things running smoothly day to day
What we're looking for
Solid written English — you'll be messaging on LinkedIn as if you're the director, so tone and clarity matter
Comfortable with Canva and can show us some design samples
Experience with a CRM or outreach tool (SourceWhale experience is a bonus, not essential — happy to train)
Organised, proactive, and doesn't need micromanaging
Available full-time, with solid overlap for Sydney business hours
