We have online retreats, and a thriving donation-based membership community. Our mission is to uplift spiritually sensitive people navigating Kundalini awakening, helping them find peace, clarity, and empowerment through daily practice, retreats, and community support.

Your Role: Lead Generator (Full-Time / Part-Time)
We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us find and connect with our ideal audience (spiritually sensitive people experiencing Kundalini awakening). Your role will be to identify, research, and engage potential members, workshop attendees, and retreat participants, and guide them into our warm, heart-centered ecosystem.


Responsibilities
• Research & Prospecting
• Find potential leads in YouTube comments, Facebook/Instagram groups, podcasts, blogs, and forums where spiritual awakening is discussed.
• Build organized lists of potential members/attendees in spreadsheets or CRM.
• Outreach & Engagement
• Send warm, authentic, heart-centered messages (via email, DMs, or comments) to introduce our free resources, YouTube channel, and donation-based membership.
• Follow up with interested people in a warmly loving, non-salesy way.
• Qualifying Leads
• Identify whether a lead is genuinely aligned with our mission (e.g., spiritually sensitive, navigating Kundalini awakening, open to community practice).
• Filter out unaligned prospects to save time.
• Reporting & Optimization
• Track all leads and outcomes in spreadsheets.
• Provide weekly reports: # of leads generated, # engaged, # converted to community, membership, or retreat interest.
• Suggest improvements to outreach process.
• Create a list of contacts

Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent written English — warm, clear, and heart-centered tone.
• Strong research skills (comfortable searching groups, forums, and platforms).
• Organized and detail-oriented (can maintain spreadsheets and keep clean records).
• Basic understanding of spiritual communities, meditation, or energy practices (a plus, but not required).
• Experience in lead generation, online outreach, or social media engagement.
