Long-Form YouTube Video Editor | Long-Term Role

We're hiring a talented long-form YouTube video editor to join our team.

This will begin as a paid part-time trial for approximately one month.

During that time, you'll work directly with our editing team, learn our style, edit real projects, receive feedback, and be evaluated on the quality of your work, communication, consistency, and ability to improve.

For the right person, the goal is to transition into a full-time role after the trial period.

FULL-TIME COMPENSATION

$1,000-$2,000 USD/month depending on experience, ability, and performance.

There is room to grow beyond this over time as you take on more responsibility and become more valuable to the team.

ABOUT US

We're a U.S.-based content and social media agency working primarily with real estate professionals, business owners, and personal brands.

I've been creating content for more than 7 years and have built an audience of more than 1 million followers across my personal social media channels.

We now have a growing agency with multiple clients and consistent editing work.

We already have experienced editors on our team, and they will help train you on our style and standards during your trial period.

THE ROLE

Most of your work will be long-form YouTube videos.

The majority of these are:

• Talking-head videos
• Educational YouTube content
• Real estate content
• Business and personal brand content
• Approximately 8-20+ minutes in length
• Occasional Shorts, Reels, and TikToks

We're looking for someone who can turn raw footage into a polished, engaging video that feels intentional from beginning to end.

That may include:

• Strong pacing
• B-roll
• Music
• Sound design
• Text and graphics
• Visual changes
• Zooms and reframing
• Captions when appropriate
• Creative editing decisions that help keep viewers engaged

We're not looking for someone who simply cuts out mistakes and exports a video.

You do not need to already edit exactly like our current team.

We're looking for someone with strong fundamentals, good judgment, and the ability to learn our system quickly.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

We'll review applications and portfolios first.

Selected applicants will move forward to a paid editing test using real footage from our team.

The strongest candidates may then enter our paid part-time trial period, where you'll work directly with our editors and learn our workflow.
