*****Prior scheduling experience & homecare company candidates SCARE US as most of them worked in call centers with totally weak stakes of failure or for smaller companies that work at a way slow pace compared to us.****

Our company is a (extremely high volume) nonmedical senior care at home company. We do not use the word customer service here. It's a like a bad word. We do strategic marketing communication. We have to train you on that and it's important to us.

You will work with 1 other scheduler on ---------- shift fills a week. We are still training that scheduler too.....and a manager leading the team. Owners are a couple that own multiple locations.

ABOUT YOU:

1) English mastery or even an southern American style of speak. You pay attention and pick up ways of speaking in enunciation, pauses & the way tone can best go up and down to drive a point.

2) You know how to persuade and influence people: you flirt, stay aware of your attitude, energy, pauses. You have a sense of humor and you have delight in "wins" you see all the time. YEAH BABY! High five!

3) You love games. You get a high seeing shift colors change on the board when they are filled

4) You know naturally we can see your outgoing calls as a Key Performance Indicator and the diversity of numbers you are calling of caregivers to fill the shifts. You do math when we tell you we expect 60-80 outgoing calls a day to all caregivers available for a shift. You realize in 8 hour period of work, that gives you 480 minutes for calls / 6-8 minutes a call and you are normally leaving peppy messages and often on return incoming calls hence the fluctuations between 60-80

5) You love, LOVE, LOOOOOVE writing persuasive creative shift offers with emojis.
