We work with local businesses in home services and automotive — roofing, window tinting, ceramic coating, PPF, detailing, sealcoating, junk removal, and medspa. We run direct-response Meta campaigns that generate real, measurable revenue for our clients.
We are a lean, fast-moving team. We use AI to work smarter and we hold ourselves to a high standard of execution.

What You Will Be Doing
This is a hands-on execution role. You will be responsible for building and uploading campaigns, ad sets, and creatives inside Meta Ads Manager using AI-generated copy and creative briefs we provide.
Your primary tasks:

Upload campaigns, ad sets, and ads into Meta Ads Manager following structured briefs
Apply AI-generated primary text, headlines, and descriptions to each ad accurately
Upload and assign creative assets (video, image) to the correct ad sets
Organize campaigns using our naming conventions
Quality check every upload before it goes live — budgets, audiences, copy, placements
Flag errors or disapprovals to the team lead the same day
Complete all assigned uploads within the same business day

You will NOT be writing strategy, managing clients, or making targeting decisions. You will be executing clearly defined tasks quickly and accurately.

What We Are Looking For

Proven hands-on experience inside Meta Ads Manager
Strong attention to detail — zero errors on execution tasks
Ability to follow written SOPs and briefs without hand-holding
Comfortable working with AI-generated copy and applying it correctly inside Meta
Fast communicator during working hours
Honest about your skill level — we will train the right person


Schedule
Monday through Friday. Flexible hours as long as tasks are completed by end of day. Response time under 2 hours for any message from your team lead during working hours.
