**Job Overview**

We are looking for a systems-minded **Outbound Sales Operations & Lead Generation Specialist** to manage, optimize, and scale our outbound cold outreach infrastructure. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution: lead sourcing, email verification, technical domain setup, sequence management, and CRM pipeline synchronization.

We are NOT looking for a beginner who needs training on cold outreach basics or simple data entry. You must have proven hands-on experience building outbound sales workflows, maintaining deliverability, and managing domain fleets.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Domain & Inbox Infrastructure:** Purchase secondary domains, configure technical DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Custom Tracking CNAMEs), and set up automated warmup schedules in Smartlead or Instantly.
* Lead Sourcing & Data Extraction:** Build highly targeted B2B prospect lists in **Apollo.io** based on specific Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
* Data Hygiene & Verification:** Clean raw lead exports using NeverBounce/Reoon to maintain total campaign bounce rates strictly under 2%.
* Campaign Launch & Customization:** Upload verified lists into sending platforms, configure dynamic merge tags and fallback variables (e.g., `{{first_name | fallback:"there"}}`), manage inbox rotation, set up sending schedules, and monitor open/reply metrics daily.
* CRM & Sales Operations:** Link outbound tools to GoHighLevel (GHL) via webhooks/Zapier to push positive lead responses directly into the sales pipeline.
* Deliverability Auditing:** Monitor inbox health, detect spam-box placement, manage blacklists, and rotate/pause burnt domains before they damage overall deliverability.

**Required Qualifications**

* Experience:
* 2+ Years of proven experience running cold email campaigns, sales operations, and outbound infrastructure.

* Tech Stack Mastery:*
* Lead Sourcing:* Apollo.io (building search filters, exporting, and managing credits).
* Email Scrubbing:* NeverBounce, MillionVerifier, or Reoon.
* Sending Engines:* Smartlead, Instantly, or equivalent.
* CRM:* GoHighLevel (pipelines, tags, webhooks).
* DNS Platforms:* Cloudflare, NameSilo, Porkbun, or GoDaddy (SPF/DKIM/DMARC).


* Technical Knowledge:*
*Deep understanding of cold email deliverability rules (bounce management, spam triggers, inbox rotation, catch-all email handling, fallback tags).

* Skills & Reliability:*
*Strong written English skills, high attention to detail, reliable high-speed internet, and power backup.
