Part-Time On-Call Appointment Setter - Warm B2B Leads

ABOUT THE ROLE

FlowLead is hiring a part-time, on-call appointment setter to call warm B2B leads.

These are not cold calls. You will only call prospects who have already replied positively or shown interest in learning more.

The active workload is usually around 5 hours per week. However, you must be available Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time and able to begin calling a new interested lead within 10 minutes of receiving a ---------- notification.

This is a good fit for someone who wants flexible part-time work and can protect this coverage window. You may have another flexible job, but it cannot delay these calls.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Receive new-lead notifications in ----------
- Review the lead and client information
- Call interested prospects through LeadHero within 10 minutes
- Have a natural, confident conversation and answer basic questions
- Move the prospect toward booking a meeting
- Record the call result and relevant notes
- Retry warm leads who do not answer

WHAT MATTERS MOST

Excellent spoken English is the most important requirement. You must sound clear, natural, confident, and professional on the phone.

You should also be:
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Experienced in appointment setting or sales
- Good at listening, asking useful questions, and building rapport
- Reliable, organized, and quick to act
- Proactive and focused on finding solutions

You must be available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM US Eastern Time.
