Bees Mobile is a digital communications service providing virtual
phone numbers (US / HK) and travel eSIM data.

Our customers are people like your friends and family:
· VAs and freelancers who need a US number so international
clients take them seriously
· OFWs who need to keep an active number for OTP and bank messages
· Travelers who want internet the moment they land

The service is live and selling. Growth comes through a partner
program: people who share the service with their network and
earn from the customers and partners they bring in.

Bees Mobile is now opening the Philippine market and hiring a
small founding team to build the partner network from zero.

THE ROLE

You will build the Bees Mobile partner network in the
Philippines. Not one customer at a time — you find people who can
build teams, bring them in, train them, and help them grow.

If you have built a direct-selling or network-marketing
organization before, you already know this job. If you have led
a large team of agents, resellers, or freelancers and know how to
keep them active, you know most of it.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Recruit partners across the Philippines — both experienced
team leaders (direct-selling leaders, insurance unit managers,
reseller and agent network heads) and motivated newcomers who
want to start
· Run online presentations (Zoom / Messenger / FB Live) to
explain the service and partner program — materials provided
· Onboard and train new partners using the handbook, videos,
and scripts
· Keep partners active: regular check-ins, answer questions,
solve problems
· Monitor what partners post and make sure it follows the
communication standards
· Work with the marketing team on local campaigns: you tell them
what works in the Philippines and what doesn't
· Track your numbers and send a weekly report to head office

HOW THE TRIAL WORKS

A small founding team starts on a 3-month paid trial with clear,
written targets. Strong performers convert to permanent roles
with a higher base salary. You will get honest feedback on how
you are doing, and the same is expected from you.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

REQUIRED
· 5+ years recruiting, building, or leading teams, including a
team of 10 or more that you personally recruited and trained
· Experience in direct selling, network marketing, insurance
agency, reseller networks, or similar — you understand how
organizations are built, not just managed
· Excellent written and spoken English; fluent Tagalog
· Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in
your daily work
· Strong, stable internet and a quiet place to make calls and
run online presentations
· Organized: you keep records, you follow up, nothing slips
· Self-managed: nobody will be watching over your shoulder,
and results are still expected
· Honest and direct — you report bad news early

NICE TO HAVE
· You have personally built a downline or organization of
100+ people
· Experience with Facebook / Messenger-based recruiting
· An existing network in VA, OFW, or travel communities
· Bisaya or other regional languages

WHAT WE OFFER
· Full-time, long-term position after the trial — not a project
· USD 600 – 1,000/month trial base, up to USD 1,300 base after
conversion, plus performance bonus with written targets
· Training materials, presentation decks, and scripts provided —
you spend your time on people, not paperwork
