"Quality Control Specialist – Fashion Dropshipping "

We run a group of fashion dropshipping stores. We're looking for someone who makes sure that what the customer receives is exactly what we promised: right product, right quality, right size. You'll be the link between us and our suppliers, and the one who catches problems before they reach a customer.

What you'll do

Communicate with suppliers every day in English: ask the right questions, push for clear answers and hold them to agreed standards
Run quality checks on products, samples and supplier photos before and after orders go out
Compare what the supplier actually sends against our listings, and flag every difference
Build and check size charts for new products
Check and correct product listings in Shopify: titles, variants, images, sizes, descriptions
Document quality issues clearly and follow them up until they're resolved
Keep a clear overview of what's checked, what's open and what needs action

You must have

Real experience in quality control for fashion or e-commerce products
Experience working directly with suppliers, ideally Chinese suppliers or sourcing agents
In-depth Shopify knowledge: products, variants, collections, orders and settings
Experience building size charts and spotting sizing issues
Fluent spoken and written English
Hands-on with Slack
Comfortable working with AI tools
Very organised: you work in a structured way and don't lose track of anything
A sharp eye for detail: you notice what's wrong or missing without being told
You work independently and deliver accurate work, every time

Pay

$750 per month, Monday to Saturday, 8 hours a day.
