Real Estate Photo & Video Editor (Full-Time) - European Photography Studio

Hi! I run PrimeView, a real estate photography and video studio in Portugal (Lisbon area). We shoot properties for real estate agents every week: interior/exterior photos, drone shots and walkthrough videos.

I'm looking for ONE talented editor to become my long-term, dedicated editor. Right now I outsource editing to an external service - I want to replace it with a skilled person who learns my style and grows with the business.

YOUR DAILY WORK
- Edit 20-40 real estate photos per session (we deliver 15-25 sessions/month)
- HDR / flambient blending (bracketed exposures)
- Sky replacement, window pulls, grass greening, lens/vertical corrections
- Object removal (cables, cars, small clutter)
- Edit 4-8 property walkthrough videos per month (60-90 seconds): clip selection, cinematic pacing, music, color grading. No captions, no vertical formats - clean walkthrough edits only
- Deliver files organized to Google Drive, following our naming system

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years editing real estate photography specifically (not general photo editing)
- Expert in Adobe Lightroom + Photoshop
- Video editing: Final Cut Pro is a big plus (that's what we use in-house). Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve also accepted - you deliver finished exports, so what matters is that the final result matches our style
- You can match a consistent editing style from reference examples
- Fast turnaround: photos delivered within 24 hours of receiving RAW files
- Reliable internet, able to download large RAW/video files
- Good written English
- Available to overlap at least 2-3 hours with Portugal time (GMT/WET) for communication

NICE TO HAVE (mention it if you have it)
- Experience with twilight conversions (day-to-dusk)
- Virtual staging
- Drone footage color grading

HOW WE'LL HIRE
1. Apply with your portfolio (MUST include before/after examples of real estate photos + at least 1 property video you edited)
2. Shortlisted candidates get a PAID test: edit 10 photos + 1 short video from a real shoot. I'll compare your result directly with my current editing service.
3. Best result gets a 1-month paid trial at 50% of our volume
4. If quality and reliability are there, you become our full-time dedicated editor - stable monthly salary, long-term
