Our compensation structure is performance-based, with performance-based pay calculated based on the number of valid posts/comments and the quality of engagement. The logic behind this change is simple: we want your earnings to directly reflect the value of your content—the more high-quality content you post and the better the engagement, the higher your earnings. Conversely, deleted or unengaged content will not be compensated. We believe this approach is fairer to both parties.

The standards are as follows:

Additional Quality Bonuses:

Posts receiving 20 or more likes: Additional $2

Posts receiving 50 or more likes: Additional $4

Posts pinned or recommended by moderators: Additional $5

Situations that may result in non-payment:

Posts/comments deleted by moderators → No payment

Duplicate posts with the same content across multiple subforums → Only counted once

Pure links with no substantive content → No payment

Accounts receiving warnings for policy violations → 50% of all earnings for the week will be deducted.

• Account Banned → All earnings this week will be forfeited, and the partnership will be terminated.

One high-quality, engaging post is better than ten mediocre ones. Deleted posts are worthless. Take the time to write valuable content.
