Remote Customer Service & Sales Assistant – Home Services Company (Canada)

We are a growing exterior home services company based in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, looking for a reliable and motivated Remote Customer Service & Sales Assistant.

This role combines customer service, sales, appointment setting, follow-ups, and business development.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming customer calls and messages
• Responding to Facebook and other advertising leads
• Following up with customers who received quotes
• Scheduling estimates and service appointments
• Collecting customer information such as address, phone number, and service requested
• Helping convert incoming leads into booked jobs
• Making outbound calls and sending emails to potential commercial clients
• Researching and contacting property managers, strata managers, apartment complexes, commercial properties, municipalities, and other potential customers
• Maintaining organized lead and customer records
• Helping with other administrative and sales-related tasks as the business grows

You will receive training on our services, pricing, sales process, and customer communication.

Working hours: Must be available during agreed Pacific Time business hours in Canada.

Compensation:
Monthly base salary + sales commission.

There is strong earning potential for someone who is proactive and good at sales. Additional commission will be paid for jobs you help close, with a higher commission for new customers you personally generate through outbound sales.

Required:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Clear, professional and friendly phone communication
• Strong customer service skills
• Comfortable making and receiving phone calls
• Sales-oriented and confident speaking with customers
• Reliable and highly organized
• Good follow-up habits
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
• Basic computer skills, email, Google Sheets/Excel and online research
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision

Preferred:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales
• Appointment setting experience
• Cold calling / lead generation experience
• Experience working with US or Canadian customers
• CRM experience
• Experience with home services, property management, construction or similar industries
