Upgrade Home Services is a growing HVAC company . We help homeowners with heating, cooling, and air quality solutions. We’re looking for a persuasive, customer-focused Sales VA to help convert leads into booked jobs.

About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Virtual Assistant to work closely with our lead generation team and take
qualified leads across the finish line — following up, answering questions, overcoming
objections, and booking appointments or closing sales. This is a remote, full-
time position with room to grow as we scale.

What You’ll Do
Call and follow up with warm/qualified leads passed from our lead gen team
Explain our HVAC services, pricing structure, and promotions clearly and persuasively
Handle objections and answer customer questions professionally
Book service appointments and estimates directly into our scheduling system
Close sales over the phone where applicable (memberships, maintenance plans, etc.)
Follow up on quotes/estimates that haven’t converted yet
Maintain accurate records of every interaction in our CRM
Track and report on personal sales metrics (calls made, appointments booked, close
rate)
Coordinate with dispatch/technicians to ensure smooth handoff of booked jobs

What We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in phone sales, inside sales, or virtual sales assistant work (home services or HVAC experience a big plus)
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Confident, persuasive, and comfortable closing deals over the phone
Strong objection-handling skills — doesn’t get discouraged by “no”
Familiarity with CRM/scheduling tools (e.g., Housecall Pro, HubSpot, or
similar)
Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection, working headset, and quiet workspace for calls
Bonus: experience selling HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or other home service
memberships/contracts
