Sales & Client Relations Specialist (Healthcare Staffing) — Full-Time, Remote

Job Description:

We're looking for a motivated Sales & Client Relations Specialist to join our healthcare staffing team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our current clients while also driving new business growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who's organized, personable, and comfortable balancing relationship management with proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

-Maintain regular, proactive communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs
-Prospect and reach out to new potential clients to grow our client base
-Build and maintain a detailed database tracking client needs, coverage requests, and communication history
-Partner closely with our HR/recruiting team to match clinicians and referral sources with clients seeking coverage
-Follow up on leads in a timely manner
-Prepare daily reports on client status, pipeline, and outreach activity

Requirements:

-Prior experience in sales, account management, or client relations (healthcare staffing experience is a plus but not required)
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Comfortable using tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms - slack , claude , google workspace
-Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup

Schedule: 9:30am to 2:30 pm

Pay: $150.00 / week paid bi-weekly plus quarterly bonuses
