"Sales Development Representative "

Apploye helps thousands of companies track time, monitor productivity, and run payroll for remote teams. We're scaling outbound and need a sharp SDR to open and close accounts in the Philippines and the USA.
What you'll do
Prospect, reach out (email, LinkedIn, calls), qualify, and close SMB accounts in PH & US markets
Run the full cycle on smaller deals; book demos for larger ones
Own your pipeline in the CRM and hit monthly targets
(Plus role) If you can build, manage, and lead an SDR function — we want to hear it
Must-have:
2+ years in B2B SaaS or B2B sales
Proven outbound track record (you can talk numbers: meetings booked, quota, close rate)
Excellent written & spoken English
Self-managed, remote-ready, overlaps with US hours as needed
Nice-to-have (big plus):
Experience selling productivity / HR / SaaS tools
Can set up, manage, and lead SDR operations solo (playbooks, sequences, hiring)
CRM + outreach tooling fluency (HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, etc.)
Compensation
Base ₱35,000–₱55,000/month + uncapped commission per booked meeting & closed deal
Target OTE ₱70,000–₱110,000+; higher base for the lead/ops variant
Full-time contractual, remote
