Sales & Marketing VA for US Dessert Franchise (Catering Outreach + Social Content + Reporting)

Sales (roughly half your week — this is the priority)

Research and build a prospect list of local businesses, schools, churches, offices, and organizations near our Brooklyn stores that are likely to order catering
Send outbound emails and follow-ups to those prospects with our catering menu
Re-engage past catering customers on a scheduled cadence
Monitor and respond to our catering inbox for both stores, gathering order details and passing qualified orders to the owner
Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns in Brevo
Set up and maintain weekly specials and promotions across UberEats, DoorDash, and Grubhub merchant portals

Marketing

One post per day to Instagram and Facebook for our store accounts
3 TikToks per week, edited from raw photo and video we send you from the stores
Write captions, use relevant local hashtags, respond to comments and DMs

Reporting

Monthly sales report covering store-level sales and item-level sales
Maintain and update our existing Excel tracker (contains macros — you don't need to write VBA, but you must not break it)
Flag trends: what's selling, what isn't, which promos worked

What We Require

Strong written English. You'll be emailing US business owners and school administrators directly — your writing represents us.
Real comfort in Excel or Google Sheets: pivot tables, formulas, clean formatting. Please don't apply if spreadsheets intimidate you.
Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, or cold email outreach. Tell us what you sold and what results you got.
Canva, plus a video editing tool (CapCut or similar)
Reliable internet and a computer that can handle video editing

Brevo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar email/SMS platform
Restaurant, food service, or franchise experience
Experience with DoorDash/UberEats/Grubhub merchant
