SDR Senior Appointment Setter

**Position:** Outbound Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Part-Time to Full-Time)
**Location:** Remote (Work from Home)
**Hours:** ~20 hours/week, Monday–Friday (Mountain Time to Hawaii Business Hours)
**Compensation:** Competitive Hourly Rate + Performance Bonuses (Paid per appointment set + per closed contract)

### About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, driven telemarketer to join our growing team. You will be provided with pre-qualified leads and will be responsible for making outbound cold calls, managing data in our CRM, and setting appointments.

This is a part-time role (~20 hours/week) with a clear path to full-time employment and leadership growth for the right performer who delivers results.

### What We Are Looking For:
* **Communication:** Neutral to very little accent, with a confident, engaging phone voice and strong personality.
* **Experience:** Proven background in a call center, sales, or cold calling environment.
* **Drive:** Highly motivated by earning potential. You want to maximize your income through performance bonuses.
* **Work Ethic:** Capable of making up to 100 cold calls a day while maintaining high energy and focus.
* **Coachability:** A genuine willingness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve your skills.
* **Tech Skills:** Comfortable with basic data entry and CRM navigation.

### Technical Requirements:
* Dependable, high-speed internet connection.
* A computer with a minimum of 8 GB of RAM.
* A professional, quiet workspace free from background noise.
